Deborah spent over 3 years producing environmental documents in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Deborah holds a B.S. in biology and a M.S. in environmental biology from Ohio University, as well as a J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
